Erm, top of the line Macs have a 133MHz bus, as do P3s and Athlons. 
(They can call it 266MHz all they want) I think the P4 has something 
different, but who cares?

And to answer your question, yes, a computer with a 66MHz bus *can* 
be faster than a computer with a 100MHz bus. Bus speed can be a big 
issue, but it isn't everything.
