Hi guys.
I have a PPC 9500/200 with System 9.1, and using Toast 5.0. I have a Yamaha
8424SZ drive and it was working quite well for awhile. I mainly use it to
burn so it doesn't get much use.
Needless to say I've been trying to get it to work for the past couple of
weeks to no avail.
Everytime I try to burn I get a error, looks like this:
SENSE KEY = HARDWARE ERROR
SENSE CODE=OxO9
TRACK FOLLOWING ERROR
Any ideas? I've tried it with and w/o extentions off. Rebuilt the Desktop,
Zapped the PRAM, and disconnected everything from the SCSI Chain.
I've had this problem once before, but Yamaha told me to rebuild the desktop
and it magically worked. Not this time :(
TIA.
