About two or three days ago there was a thread asking about RAM from
OWC. I read, with much trepidation about two people who got bad RAM
and had to return it twice. The reason for my fear was that I had
already ordered from there for the first time and was awaiting
delivery. I was already planning to drive there if I had to return it
(about an hour away) if they expected me to pay return delivery.
Well, it arrived yesterday. I just installed it (two new 128 MB
DIMMS), reconnected, booted up, went straight to the Apple Menu, and
there, to my delight, it read "Built in Memory 384 MB". A matter of
minutes, no problems. Everything should be that easy. I tackle my new
hard drive next. So I have had a good experience with OWC RAM.
