I seem to recall that one of the PowerConputing clones might have both
interfaces, either the PowerWave or PowerBase.

Either way, it's going to be pretty obscure.

Sorry, no such Mac was ever released.  Best you could do might be an
expansion box with both types of slots.  IIRC there was a box
released that had both slots.
