When my 15150N (is this a half-height?) failed, it made grinding noises and
sounded like it was about to gouge massive holes in the platters.
The drive was unrecoverable but fortunately under warranty, so I got my
money back but not my data.
These drives are very fast but must be ventilated well and treated better,
or they'll crap out.
