Although I agree that it is a pain in the a** I found some ways to make it
easier:
If you want to d/l a piece of s/w like an update f.e. from Apple just goto
the Expert search and add the word kbdload to your search, so f.e. if you
want to d/l the latest Geforce drivers, just type 'geforce kbdload' (w/o the
quotes) in the search field; or if you want the latest imac updates: imac
kbdload etc etc.
