Millennium and Millennium II uses regular 8 bit flash, many PC version had too small capacity for Mac firmware so I changed the flash chip for larger one. Anyway, don't brother, the Matrox's driver does not work too well , pinstripes w/ acceleration enabled. Find Voodoo PCI series, Voodoo 3 3000 or older ATI PCI w/ suitable chipset would do and process for reflashing it is same idea. Search the 'net on how to do it.
