First of all you would have to find a driver that
would support that card. I know on some video cards
that you are able to flash the rom somehow so they can
work with a mac.

As far as cost goes, I agree, it seems that everything
for the mac is much more expensive than it is for a
pc.

I never have understood that, also I have worked on
cars and lawnmowers all my life. You can go out and
buy a lawnmower with a 3 hp (horse power) engine on it
for $99 and under, try to go buy that engine, it will
cost you well over $100, and then the labor to switch
everything over.

Never understood that either. Maybe because I have
never had the money to buy in volume.
