That is enough.  I've run it in that much space and had enough room 
to use.  The 75MHz 601 is a bigger problem IMO.  It will work but you 
tend to feel like you are working in molasses some times.

My self I have 9.1 on a 7500/300MHz and 256Mb and it does very nicely.
