FWIW, I learned a lot today about CarbonLib, (snore) including this:
Sometimes, apps that need it, (like StuffitExpander), will tell you that it's missing. Don't believe them, until you verify it by checking your Extensions Folder. I may well be there. In my case, it was. (Shucks.) A desktop rebuild was all that was necessary to "re-unite" it with Stuffit.
