My 7500 with DIMMs in A4 and B4 only shows those two slots in ASP, none of the others are listed. Previously I had more (but smaller) DIMMs in there and all eight were listed. ASP evidently only lists slots it is finding memory in. It sounds like it may just not be seeing the B bank, I don't know why. Have you tried just putting one DIMM in the B bank and swapping it if it doesn't work.
