I am writing this question because I use Outlook Express 5.02 on my PCI PowerMac (actually PCP210). Am I stretching the once removed rule? Maybe. But I can find no answers at the Microsoft site.
I find that the scolling controls work normally on any window that does not contain html. But if the window does contain html, only the scoll controls on the right edge of the window work, requiring mousing...keyboard shortcuts, such as page down keys, do not work. Is this a OE bug, am I missing some setting, is there some way around it? -- PCI-PowerMacs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
