Along similar lines to this thread; I have just got my 8500/120 48ram OS 9.1
won on ebay. It came with a Twin Turbo 128 M2 video pci and another mystery
pci card with s video in/out sockets and a socket with "comp" written above
it.

I connected a vcr to the rca inputs on the 8500's AV module and tried to
view through Apple Video Player but sound volume seemed quite low and I
could not get any video.

Questions:

- Can the pci cards effect the internal video module?

- Is the module dead?

- If something is broken is it likely to be confined to the module or could
the problem be with the motherboard?

- Ron, where did you find the 8500 AV module and how much was it?

BTW, I haven't tried to input vid. with an s.video cable through AV module
or mystery pci card yet. I don't have one.

There seem's to be no drivers / control panels for tt 128 M2 installed.

Thanks,

Rich
