Things you need to use the card: 1. Its model specific loop-back 3-terminal cable. 2. PC Compatibility software (I use v1.5) 3. MS DOS 6.22 3-floppy install set. 4. Apple-PC software (1 floppy) 5. Windows 95 or 98 CD According to the defunct MacDOScard list (they've moved to another site) there is an issue with OS 8.6 and the card that might be resolved by enabling Virtual Memory; otherwise use 8.5.1. Switch to the PC side by pressing command + return. You may see "NO OPERATING SYSTEM." Install MS DOS 6.22 and reboot.
