RE: iTunes 1.1 -- It's still available via the iDisk Software folder. If 
you don't already have an account, you have to sign up on a machine with 
OS 9 or later, but you can access it from almost any Mac, provided it 
has OT and AppleShare Client 3.8.6 (3.8.3 might do it) or later.

RE: iTunes 1.2 -- What worked for me was to open disk copy and drag and 
drop the installer on it. This was under 10.1; I haven't tried it on my 
9.1 machine, yet.

Note that, while it isn't there, yet, the installer for 1.1 available 
via the iDisk Software folder has a rational file name and proper finder 
info.
