Not sure if the info I'm providing here is totally correct, but here 
goes anyway.

6500 and similar motherboards take - 168pin 5v 2k refresh 60ns EDO DIMMs.
I think the 128Mb EDO DIMMs which are (currently being) produced are 
4k refresh and do not work properly in the above machines.  I think 
you can put them in and they will work, but will only recognise 64Mb 
instead of 128Mb.

All that said, anyone else please jump in here and correct/refute 
this.  I for 1 would be happy to hear that there are 128Mb EDO DIMMs 
which will work.  Please site source of supply as well.  Have a 
PowerBase 240 crying out for extra RAM.  ;-)
