Actually, no, Mike Wafkowski's earlier post is absolutely correct. We have had these same issues in the past, and our Wintel guy figured it out on his own.
The issue is NOT with Outlook Express. The issue is definitely with the MS Outlook Exchange Server settings. Once you make these changes, your problems will disappear. Consistently.
