9.2.2, the latest version. You can upgrade your 9.04 to 9.2.2 either via 
several stages, online, or directly to 9.2.1 with a CD that shipped with 
OS X. (9.2.1 to 9.2.2 is a relatively quick "Software Update".

OS X 10.1 ships with 9.2 on a separate CD; Classic support is part of OS 
X, but the classic OS is not.
