Tyler,
came in late on this thread but i have 9.1 on my machine. i installed a usb
card and apple system profiler saw nothing. downloaded and installed the
drivers from apple and badabing! the card appeared in apple system profiler.
wish this worked with my firewire card. best of luck, Charlie
