Thanks for the information. I have two more of the version 2.5 disks that I
have been selling for $15. They must be OEM according to the information you
provide. They do have a demo version of cd speed tools, and they do have a
boot system and System Profiler and Disk First aid. I think they handle most
situations that crop up with OS 9, but I don't know about every disk format.
I know the 3.1 also has firewire support but I don't know what other
advances it has over the 2.5. I'm going to try to get some of the 3.1's from
the source where I got the 2.5's They'll be $20 if I can get them and there
won't be many, so get your orders in early if you want HDST without having
to lash out the $50.
