I envy you greatly, my first Mac was a 7500 and I miss it a lot. The guy

Avid Video Shop, older versions of Adobe Premiere (I use 2.01 on my
Quadra 840av but it's a 68k) and Apple Video Player all allow varying
degrees of use of the input. It sadly will not support dual stream
output for video mirroring to a TV, which My Quadra will, hence why I
use it as an AV station.
