No. Probably not. This is a Low End Mac list, not Paypal customer service. I
have used paypal successfully for over 2 years. I have never had a problem, and
when I did I caled them up and was greeted with a Customer service rep in a
matter of seconds. This may be different because you are in NZ, but I doubt
it. Calm down and go look at the site again..
