The 180 MHz 604e processor cards from UMAX Computer Corporation, which were 
available all over Silicon Valley's surplus houses a while ago, have a 
non-removable tag on the back which states "PowerPC 604e/180".

Also, these UMAX cards are easily recognizable because J4 is a right-angle 
header, and this effectively prevents the card from being installed in a 7500 
case. If you change the header to a straight header, then these cards will 
fit in a 7500 case (7500/7600/7300, etcetera). The correct jumpers for normal 
operation are 1-2, 3-4 and 5-6.

The right-angle header mentioned above may be out of harm's way on a tower 
case, such as a 8500/9500.

604 processors from Supermac, and 604e processors from UMAX seem to work well 
in most motherboards except for 7300s.
