Will this card support dual non-Apple VGA monitors? On a related topic, what are the issues regarding dual-monitor support? Do the monitors both have to be multi-synch? I now have a 13" Magnavox Apple color display (600 x 480, 67 Hz) driven by an ATI Xclaim VR 128 and connected via a Griffin adapter. I plan to add a new, larger, multi-synch monitor in a month or two, but would like to keep the older monitor as well for displaying just the toolbars in Photoshop and similar programs. I also want to keep the video-capture features of the Xclaim card. I know I have to add a second video card, and I want to upgrade the video memory anyway from the Xclaims's 16 MB. What would you recommend in this situation?
