David and anyone else........

First it is a Yamaha Cdrw burner 6416. It does not reconize blank cdrw's
or ones that I have made. I recently reformated and reinstalled the
system software on the drive I am using and that is when I noticed the
problem. (system 9.04). I never had a problem with it reconizing the
same disks before. I have ckecked all the extentions and I have all the
same ones and I also reinstalled Toast but I still can not "see" any
Cdrw media.... it just tells me there is no disk in the reader..........
Anyone got any ideas????? It is really puzzling me.........

TIA,
pam
