Pretty much the point I was trying to make too. I wouldn't say people who 
bought cheap RAM were cheap themselves but maybe a little open to 'bad luck' 
maybe.

On sticks I've purchased from Velocity and OWC, all chips on every stick were 
TESTED chips.

I have never received a stick from Velocity or OWC that had any UNTESTED 
chips.
