Strange. I just doubled checked it a few minutes ago and a window does open
listing "many" user manuals.

 

Try what I did 

Go to your browswer; mine is IE5

Manually type in the address in the browser address bar and then enter, etc

Window should open listing the user manuals
Ignore the other links in the header. Do not click on them!!

Double click on your selecton. Window opens and asks you what you want to do
with the( PDF )file. Click on the save option( to desktop)

The download manager will automatically open showing the pdf file download
status to your desktop

Double click on the downloaded desktop icon and Adobe Acrobat application
opens (BTW I assume you have it your hard drive) and the selected service
manual is displayed for saving and/or printout

I just repeated the above procedure 15 minutes ago, test downloading the the
10MB, G3 B&W service manual
