Hi, I have a PowerMac 7500 with 112 MG RAM and a 2 GB hard drive. Additionally, I have installed a newertechnology MAXpowr G3 upgrade and a MegaWolf PCI Serial Port expansion card. I'm running OS 9.1.
I want to be able to sync my Jornada 548 and to upload maps to a Garmin eTrex GPS unit. I've been watching PocketMac, but they haven't solved the problems with AvantGo--an important factor for me--and wouldn't solve the map upload issue. It appears that version 5 of Virtual PC won't work on my Mac. Any suggestions on what version of Virtual PC that I need, and where to get it? Are there any problems that I likely would run into? I understand that I will undoubtedly need to install a larger hard drive and more RAM. Thanks, Doug Parrow -- PCI-PowerMacs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
