Hello,
I have developed a problem with Outlook Express. When I click on the
icon to open, the window comes up and I click on the messages receive
button. The little circular arrows start rotating in the lower right hand
corner and the note in the lower left hand corner says " Dialing
pop.erols.com"
However, it never dials and everything stays in this mode. Finally, a note
shows up that says there is a problem with the control panel. The only way I
can get my mail is to open my browser and click on the mail icon. Then the
dialing starts, and my new messages appear. I've never had this before and
it is annoying.
Any suggestions?
