It basically means a message from the list to you bounced back to the 
list server - if there are enough of them, you end up unsubscribed. If 
you reply to the warning message, you're basically saying "oi! I'm 
really here!".

Curiously though, I've had about 25 of these in the last few days. I'm 
not sure if it's a problem with my ISP or something we've all been 
getting. Haven't seen anyone else complain about excessive ones though :)
