Hi,

While rooting around in the 9500 and trying
my 4.5 GB Quantum for fit something seems amiss?

Theres a 2 GB Seagate in the lower bay and following
the harnesses to the Mid-Bay hookups - the 50 pin
plug is ready to plug in but the 4-pin white plastic
one seems to be positioned too close to the lower bay
plug to reach whatever Drive I put next bay up.

The 4-pin plug seems to be like the auto-wiring type
where pins would stab each of the 4 wires - but it seems as
though it should have been placed further along the harness.

My best guess is that the original Drive in the lower Bay
sat up higher in its birth which would thereby create the
necessary reach to a drive in the middle bay.
I suppose if that white plug isn't repositionable on the 4-wire
harness that I could elevate the lower main Drive to create
the necessary reach to my 4.5 in the middle bay?

Thanks for wading through this,

Terry
