I didn't phone; from what I hear it's a waste of time phoning, as you usually get someone who just answers the phone but knows nothing about the business and cannot help (and refuses to admit it, so won't get someone else who can to the phone). I didn't send them a ranting e-mail, but did complain POLITELY (I DO still want that RAM!). I also asked if they could do normal airmail. No response so far, but I guess it's still the weekend (and will be in USA tomorrow too). However I did get around the problem with the aid of a US listee (who beat a couple of others willing to help).
