Although I can order from the URL mentioned, I can't specify a shipping method for my Canadian address. There is only one radio button available, and it states that shipping methods aren't available. I'm in Toronto, so it's not exactly a remote area. Anyone out there having similar problems? Anyone have a phone number for VU. I've not been able to locate one on their site.
