The only "official" way to acquire OS 9 is by buying OS X, which comes 
with an OS 9 disk. I'd bet that there are Apple Authorized Resellers out 
there who still have the original boxes of OS 9 laying around, though. 
Try calling the resellers in your area (check buy.apple.com for a list) 
and see if any still have it.
