It'll install the Microsoft libraries that IE uses in the Extensions folder, it's
fonts in the Fonts folder etc. This app will open automatically when you run IE
for the first time or when you trash some libraries or other stuff. IE suspects
that and will open Microsoft Internet First Run to install those again.
This also goes for all other Microsoft apps like Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
