I got this one on Friday, three days ago, by answering an ad on the Low End Mac SWAP list. In case you aren't familiar with it, its a LEM list like this one except that discussion is discouraged unless some item for sale or trade is included in each message. Subscribe to it at the Low End Macs site. Prices tend to be lower than on eBay and posts offering items for sale or trade go out to all subscribers but replies to the messages go by default back to the poster instead of to the List at large. I paid $50.00 for the 64-Meg Voodoo5 5500 PCI Macintosh card, and to check the price on eBay you'll have to search Completed Auction Items. I think you'll find the Macintosh version going for well over a hundred dollars. The SWAP list messages always have (SWAP) as a prefix when they appear as downloaded messages. Lots of cross-List traffic from members of the PPC 603, PCI, iMac and Quadra lists so you can't tell what kind of bargoons you are likely to run into. On Thursday I got four 128-Meg FPM DIMMs (from another SWAP List seller parting out his PCI Mac) for thirty dollars each.... which is a bit more than Velocity Upgrades charges, but at least I didn't have to worry about whether or not they worked and I didn't have to futz about with international UPS or Fedex charges to Canada, which can double the price of a bargain by time it actually arrives.
