I bought a 1" height (1/3 height) Seagate Barracuda SCSI Ultra160 ST318437LW 17 GB hard drive for the internal SCSI 2 bus of my 9600/300. It is very quiet and _fast_. Good price too. It also has worked well with my XLR8 G3 upgrade (overclocked).
