Need help understanding what this msg is: Using IE 5.1 (just updated) to view webcam----
"ERROR: MRJ 2.1 or later required to run Java inside IE." When going to this site http://www.signonsandiego.com/ and clicking on QUICK INFO and then webcam. (WEBCAM is located in upper, rh, center) click on it and see error. Why?
