That's OK.  I think I made it pretty clear myself for potential 
buyers to beware.  It really is a hassle, but for someone like a 
college student who doesn't have much $$ to burn and plenty of time 
and soldering guns laying around (oh, to go back to those wonderful 
old days...), they're probably better than nothin'!

Besides, within an hour or so of posting the drives on the SWAP list 
I was flooded with offers.  There must be someone out there with the 
patience for SCA-adapted drives, that person just ain't me!  I also 
hear the drives have a lot of potential for someone who can dig up a 
SCA backplate external enclosure, although I haven't seen one of 
those since circa 1998.

Honestly though, I do think with some patience, SCA adapted drives 
would work wonderfully for home/geek/experimental use, especially 
with a more forgiving/nuts-n-bolts OS like Linux.
