Hi;
I don't know if anyone else out there is having problems with Velocity
Upgrades but , after ordering several RAM sticks almost two weeks ago (and
paying the hefty out-of-country cargo fee), I've received only an initial
acknowledgement that my credit card has been assaulted. Several queries as
to the status of my order have gone unheeded. Currently, they seem to have
no means of contact other than the support page on the website. I've tried
that, and the email address that reported the credit card conquest, all to
no avail. Does anyone out there have a telephone order number, or customer
service (oxymoron?) number I can attempt to call? An address I can picket in
front of? I needed the RAM a week ago. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

Thanks.
