Are we following the correct PROCEDURE for conditioning our computer to
then install whatever???

You point out that you did this and that, but you did NOT point out
that you did a media test and blocked sectors from use that are found
to be bad!!

Did you do a RAM test?
Did you do a DRIVE test?
and so on?
