What are my options for adding a cd-r or preferably cd-rw to my 6500? (OS
8.6, G3, 128Mb RAM, 40Gb Hard Drive - EIDE Internal)
Most available SCSI drives appear to be SCSI-2 or faster. I believe the 6500
is limited to SCSI-1? Is it worth it for me to buy a SCSI-2+ drive,or should
I add a USB and/or Firewire card? Will any of these options return
respectable performance, or am I better off putting cd burning technology on
hold until I decide to buy a new Mac?

Thanks,
Steve
