Actually for most older microsoft installations all 1's (or 7's) can be substituted, though for the OEM key's like above the numbers before the OEM seem to matter. (basically any old ms key xxx-xxxxxxx (or whatever) you can have all 1's all 7's or just make sure the key is divisable by 7's. Unfortunatly the newer ms keys (office xp, win xp, etc) seem to matter more. Oh well. Oh if you want a OEM licence for 95, i've got about a 100 lying around here, if you want one, you can have it if you pay the postage ;-) actually they make nice wallpaper!!!!!
