Thanks for the suggestion, Terry, but it wasn't checked off, so that's not the source of the problem. I'm beginning to think that this may be an ISP problem. I tried another mail client (Mozilla) and had the same problem. I'll be calling my ISP later today. I'd still appreciate any ideas that are out there, though!
