I am in the same quandry -- and I believe the answer is to replace the
existing one.

Now, many people on this list appear to be gamers and such who need video
cards not for 2D movies and images, but for 3D motion.

I am neither a gamer nor a 3D designer; I am only looking for a video card
to do DV editing. I believe that for DV, you'd want a different card than
if you were doing 3D.

Am I correct in this assumption? Can anyone address this issue along with
Laurent's?
