Rather annoying. Never needed a third party EM before
What OS are you using?
Is "sooper sekrit" the correct name? Sorry its not installed here so i 
dont know.
Your sure that the extension is in the extensions folder of coarse and 
that it is an extension rather than a control panel? yeah stupid 
questions first.

Conflict Catcher may do the job for you, I've had it installed for about 
2 years with no probs apart from it could be smarter, then so could I. :).
Extension Overload is another reasonable utility thats worth a look. 
Haven't spent much time with it.
Both programs are available for trial and will hopefully help. Odd that 
EM doesn't see it.
