If the memory has Compaq part numbers then it's probably PC memory of
some sort.  Beyond that, I can't help you but you might try Compaq's
website and see if you can find out anything about those part numbers.

Frankly, I wouldn't bother.  Memory cards are keyed differently for a
reason.

Unless you already have a good relationship with a vendor, I wouldn't
bother.  You can get a brand new 128MB stick of memory for under $25
(at OWC or check out www.ramseeker.com).  32MB used memory sticks aren't
really worth any vendor's time or money anymore--you'd probably pay more
to ship them than what you'd get for them (assuming you could get anything
at all for them).  I'd consider tossing your 16MB stick too, as it's
probably the older (slower) 70 or 80ns memory.
