I have purchased the SIIG UltraATA 100/133 Pro controller, installed in my 7300, could not boot from either 40GB or 6GB IDE HDs. Tried everything I could think of. Called SIIG tech support several times. They made numerous suggestions, all of which I had already tried. They don't know what to do. They said that the card should be "Bootable," and that it does have bootable ROMs.
I exchanged the card, and just finished installing the new one. Same exact problem ! Does anybody have the same experience ? What can I do ? Are there any fixes, besides buying a different card ? -- va Leon Sargent wrote: > Has anyone used this card.
