The 1st power macs list would be a better place and you can check the LEM 6200 page <http://lowendmac.com/ppc/6200.shtml> for other info. But, I'll let you know that the 6200 series has a physical power switch to turn it on. Plug it in and press the power button on the lower right corner of the front of the computer. When you are done with the computer, run the shut down process then when the 'Ok to turn off message' appears, press the power button again.
