Hmm,

I'd make sure I had at least 128 (but more is always better) MB of 
RAM and and then I'd install YDL and run Apache (included with YDL). 
Your 7200 should make a decent web server with no upgrades, aside 
from RAM and possibly HD, depending on your storage needs.
